JAPANESE CUISINE CLASSES
LOCATION
Most of South East Queensland, including the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Gold Coast and surrounding areas.
COST
My unique Japanese cooking classes offer exceptional value — they are traditional, personal, hands-on and lots of fun. You will enjoy an authentic experience that feels just like being in Japan.
After cooking your chosen menu, everyone sits down to enjoy the meal together. These recipes can then be recreated and shared with family and friends anytime in the future.
I can also provide photos, videos and action shots, giving you lasting memories of your special occasion.

Click
BOOKING and enter your details.
Please include your requested date. A minimum of 1 week notice is recommended.
I will contact you as soon as possible to confirm availability and details.
WHAT TO BRING
All seasonings and ingredients are provided and brought to your home.
I prefer to use your kitchen and utensils where possible, as this helps you learn how to cook authentic Japanese dishes in your own environment.
Please wear closed-in shoes, as you will be handling knives and hot liquids.
SUITABILITY
Are the classes suitable for vegetarians and people with allergies?
Yes — we do our best to accommodate dietary requirements.
However, some ingredients may contain traces of nuts and other allergens. Many traditional Japanese dishes include fish stock or soy sauce, which are essential ingredients in Japanese cooking. We have a wide range of recipes available, so please discuss your needs with Tomo before booking.
