01The traditional favourite
Classic Japanese Pork
Juicy pork, cabbage, garlic and ginger seasoned with classic Japanese flavours.
Japanese gyoza team-building cooking class
Bring your people together through a hands-on Japanese cooking experience filled with collaboration, laughter and seriously delicious gyoza.
A better way to bring people together
The best team connections do not always happen in a meeting room.
They happen when people work towards a shared goal, help one another, laugh at their wonderfully imperfect first gyoza and celebrate what they have created together.
No awkward icebreakers. No one standing on the sidelines.

One experience
Each group contributes to the feast. Everyone gets to taste all three.
01The traditional favourite
Juicy pork, cabbage, garlic and ginger seasoned with classic Japanese flavours.
02Sweet, savoury and full of umami
Succulent prawn and pork create a flavourful filling with extra texture and depth.
03The surprise favourite
An earthy, rich vegetarian filling that wins over meat lovers too.
A real team. A real experience.
Hands stay busy, barriers come down and conversation flows. Watch a real Tomo class turn a group of colleagues into one laughing, cooking and sharing team.
Plan your team experienceThe experience
Your team creates the entire experience together, with Tomo guiding every step.
View practical detailsTomo introduces the three fillings, shares the story of gyoza and demonstrates the techniques. No cooking experience is needed.
Participants split into smaller teams and take responsibility for one flavour. Every person has a role and every group contributes.
Learn traditional folds side by side. People naturally swap tips, help each other and laugh as their gyoza take shape.
Choose an optional challenge for the neatest fold, most creative shape, best teamwork or most impressive presentation.
Pan-fry the gyoza until golden and crisp, then gather around the table to taste all three flavours as one team.
Why gyoza works
Gyoza-making gives people a shared purpose while leaving plenty of space for conversation, discovery and laughter.
Complete beginners, confident cooks, quieter team members and natural leaders all find a way to contribute.
Preparing, seasoning, folding, cooking and plating invite communication and shared responsibility.
A relaxed hands-on activity helps different personalities connect without forcing the moment.
Separate ingredients become trays of handmade gyoza through the team’s combined effort.
Everyone contributes to the same feast—and everyone enjoys the reward together.
