We held a 4-Step Wellness Digestive Journey Cookin We held a 4-Step Wellness Digestive Journey Cooking Class 🌿
Some people joined because they love Japanese food.
Some wanted to reset their bodies after Christmas.
Some came because their digestion has never felt quite right.
And then something special happened.
We learned together.
We cooked together.
We ate together.
What started as a cooking class
became a warm, supportive community —
built through food.
This is more than recipes.
It’s about understanding your body,
sharing real moments,
and feeling better — together.
Would you like to experience this too? ✨

Feeling very lucky today ✨ My friend Joel shared s Feeling very lucky today ✨
My friend Joel shared some Spanish mackerel he caught, so I turned it into a Japanese aromatic crumbed fish 🐟🇯🇵
The crumb mix had kaffir lime zest and Parmesan cheese — the aroma was incredible.
Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside… the Spanish mackerel really shines with these flavours 🤍
Simple, fresh, and full of gratitude.
This is the joy of cooking with locally caught fish 🙏🌿

Crispy bacon okonomiyaki 🥓
Hands-on, lots of laughs, flipping together,
then sitting down to enjoy what we made 😋
Paired with Heads of Noosa Japanese Lager 🍺
— honestly, the perfect match.
Good food.
Great beer.
Happy people.
This is what cooking together is all about 💛
Can’t wait to do it again!
