Miso ramen noodle -Japanese Cuisine classes –

Have you thought about making a noise when you eat noodles? Do you know miso? Miso(Fermented soy beans.) is one of the essential seasonings in Japan.  Miso was first introduced to Japan 1,300 years ago by Buddhist priests. At the time, using fermented mixtures of salt, grains, and soybeans was a key way to preserve food during warmer months, and this practice formed the backbone to miso-making.
This is my ramen 🍜 cooking class. I love this juicy and tender pork chashu with vegetables 😃
Slurping your noodles loudly is considered a compliment to the chef throughout Japan – a sign of deep appreciation for your one-bowl meal.
