My unique cooking classes offer exceptional value — they are traditional, personal, and lots of fun. You’ll enjoy an authentic experience that feels just like being in Japan.
After cooking your chosen menu, everyone sits down to enjoy the meal together. These recipes can then be recreated and shared with family and friends anytime in the future.
I can also provide photos, videos, and action shots, giving you lasting memories of your special occasion.

All seasonings and ingredients are provided and brought to your home.
I prefer to use your kitchen and utensils as this helps you learn to cook authentic Japanese dishes in your own environment.

SUITABILITY
Are the classes suitable for vegetarians and people with allergies?
Yes — we do our best to accommodate all dietary requirements.
However, some ingredients may contain traces of nuts and other allergens. Many traditional Japanese dishes include fish stock or soy sauce, which are essential. We have a wide range of recipes, so let’s discuss your needs.
