Free-range chicken ramen noodle

Ramen Noodle is one of the most important Japanese soul and hearty food.
I made mouthwatering & healthy authentic ramen noodles.

1.Soup
– Free-range Chicken broth(chicken carcass & wings)
– Katsuobushi based fish stock
– konbu based seaweed stock
– Kaeshi seasoning (soy sauce, mirin & sake)

2.Topping
– Two kinds of low temperature cooked Chicken Chashu (Chicken breast& thigh fillet with crispy chicken)
– Soft boiled organic eggs
– Crispy fried garlic & shallots
– Fresh finely chopped shallots
– Infused chicken oil(garlic & shallots)

3.Gluten-free noodles
