Ponzu sauce is an authentic Japanese citrus sauce that can be used without the addition of soy sauce. It’s a great dipping sauce for a dipping sauce for hotpot, Gyoza, salads, grilled meats and fish, fish carpaccio or any number of other dishes.
If it’s difficult to get kaffir lime, you can use some oranges instead of kaffir lime.
